About 6 months ago, after viewing a rather elaborate painting project that Owen created on my walls, my mom asked me why I just don't put the crayons and markers out of reach. If only it were that simple. I would literally have to lock up everything that he could use to write, scribble, smudge, or smear on my walls. That would be impossible. I am very confident that he would use his own blood or anything else that comes out of his body if he had to. I will let you imagine what that could be.
Case in point. Deodorant and mascara that he has smeared on my shower door. He is even upping the naughtiness by combining multiple products. I am hoping this phase will end soon.

Briggs successfully painted the dog and his room with peanut butter. That is fun stuff to clean up.
No fun. Ciera used Vaseline to paint the walls, doors, & door nobs not to long ago. Trina used Desitin when she was little on the couch. If kids want to make a mess they will use anything they can find won't they?
I know I shouldn't laugh, but I think it's hilarious!!
Sorry, I'm laughing pretty hard too, because it's so true!! I actually put all the art supplies including a ream of paper and all the play dough supplies in low cupboards just for them. The art mess is 24/7, and they sure can waste a lot of paper, but it's how I would have wanted it when I was a kid. Also, I don't have a 2 (or 3) year old. Sorry!
Tiera i love your little stinkers. Don't worry these will be the things that you miss when he grows up. You'll be 90 reminiscing over all the art projects that should have been on paper but ended up on the walls
