Today is a beautiful day and I finished putting in all of my cold crops. I have waited not so patiently for the weather to warm up. About a week ago I planted my peas, which I had already germinated in a ziploc bag for 3 or 4 days. Right after I planted them the wind started to howl and it was bitter cold and windy for 2 days. So I hope they survived. If there are 2 things that I love fresh from the garden it is tomatoes and peas. Just in case they didn't make it I planted 2 more squares of peas today. So either I will have loads and loads of them or just a few. Time will tell. I also planted, broccoli, cabbage, 2 types of spinach, endive, radishes, red onions and walla walla onions.

I had not idea that all of those could go in this early. And here I was thinking I had another month or so to put it off . . . shame on me.
Wow...I'm so jealous! Can't wait to plant my "winter" garden. It will be way too hot to plant our regular garden when we move, but I will definately plant later on. Good luck, and again I am so jealous. You have a green thumb...you will get lots and lots.
So great! I love to see what can happen in just a small square foot garden.
What a gorgeous garden. We'll keep our fingers crossed for your peas :)
I love to eat peas but I don't like to grow them. I never seem to get a great crop.
You are so on top of things, I hope the weather coroperates.
Congrats! I'm waiting a bit this year, but missing growing some spinach and lettuce. I'm really excited about camping though!
