We had a great day! Everything went smoothly. Taylor was the only one from our Ward getting baptized this month, so it was all about him. Both his grandpas gave talks on baptism. Scott gave him a wonderful blessing. He looked so handsome and grown up! I am so proud of him and the choices that he is making.
The only disappointing part of the day was the lack of pictures. Once we got to the church I was busy playing prelude music. I totally forgot to take pictures of Taylor and Scott in their baptismal clothes. I only remembered after the baptism when they had changed back into their clothes. I figured I could at least get some pictures of everyone at the church right after we were done. That didn't work either due to the fact that when I went to turn on my camera there was no memory card and my spare was sitting on the fireplace at home. :( Where was my mom with her camera that is permanently glued to her side. Who knows? So the only shot I managed to get was this pathetic one after we got home as I was trying to get lunch put together for everyone. My mom took one of our family at our home as well, but who knows when I will see that. Can I blame my forgetfulness on pregnancy? Yes I believe I can. What can you do?

I don't have pictures of my first (Mady)in her baptismal clothes either. Did I tell you I was 15 minutes late to her baptism?
I was more prepared this time and took more pictures. Maybe I can photoshop a few and put Mady in them ;)
Congratulations, Taylor!! He looks so handsome and grown up. I still regret elements of Jacob's blessing day, but, we made it up to him.
