Today was different. He fell asleep in my arms. I let him and we took a nice nap together. Very nice.

Naps....
are pretty much a thing of the past for this kiddo. However, every once in awhile he will take a quick snooze. Most of the time I try to keep him awake because if he so much as blinks his eyes for more than 20 seconds during the day he is up hours past his bedtime.
Today was different. He fell asleep in my arms. I let him and we took a nice nap together. Very nice.

So cute. I miss those times. Still with a sock in the mouth...sooooo cute.
What a special son and I LOVE seeing that sock in his mouth. He owns that habit and NO ONE else can take it.
Days like this are rewards for all the other challenges of our job.
There won't be very many days like that left. The older they get the busier they are.
