Spring Break

We have made it a tradition to head down to Southern Utah during the spring when the weather is cool and the crowds are sparse.

We went to Arches and hiked to some of our favorites. It was a little windy and cool the first day, but it sure beats the heat.

Hold up that rock!

The last time I hiked to Delicate Arch was when Scott and I were first married. We hiked it in the middle of the night in the middle of July. It was still blazing hot.
We decided the boys were old enough this year. Owen did great! Just needed a little rest before we headed back down.

Landscape Arch is always a popular one. The sand is just as fun.

We hiked up Negro Bill Canyon to Morning Glory Bridge. Scott spent a fair amount of time ferrying boys across the stream.

Chasey refused to ride in his backpack and pretty much hiked 3 out of the 4 miles. He can do whatever his brothers can do. The bridge was pretty spectacular as well.

We also went over to Goblin Valley.

What boy would not love crawling, climbing and jumping all over these rocks.

Add some natural hide-outs and they were in heaven.
