Legos!

My boys love Legos. Many a mornings I wake up to the clicking of legos as one of them starts his day by sifting through the box looking for just the right piece for whatever he intends to build. It would also explain why I can't walk more than a foot in our house without seeing one, stepping on one, or sucking one up with the vacuum. I use to get extremely annoyed by this, but now I'm just use to it.

Some of the most highly coveted pieces are the Lego guys. If one of them manages to find a guy with a face that hasn't been worn down, 2 arms, 2 legs and a helmet with a visor they guard it with their life much to the dismay of the other two. Sadly due to the fact that they are played with constantly, most of the guys have unidentifiable faces, missing limbs and long since lost helmets.

I have been meaning to buy them some more men, but Lego is pretty proud of them and do not sell them cheap. For Bennett's birthday I broke down and bought him this set. My heavens, you would have thought I gave him and the other two boys a million dollars! They have been entertained nonstop ever since the party. The best part is, is that this set came with 4 pre-made can't take them apart and then ask mom repeatedly to put back together 3 wheelers. Now the battle is trying to keep track of these wonderful new pieces and who has claimed what as their own!
